Free quarterly lunchtime guided meditations to help adults shed stress and reset, student mindful looking classes giving 4-12th graders the tools to regulate their emotions and find a positive outlet for expression in art. Student program combines close looking, facilitated meditation and breathing exercises with related art making.
Underwrite a week of camp for a 5–12-year-old who otherwise couldn't participate.
